    Service was absolutely everything I have never sat ata McDonald’s drive thru and felt so great they engage with the duetomerw and happy to be at work extrasia and takira are the best and let’s not talk about the kitchen crew omg like they deserve raised free tickets to a hawks game something I have never visit this McDonald’s before but baby they sat a standard

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a steak and cheese bagel, but was given bacon and cheese instead. When I informed the manager, she asked if she could just “add the steak on top” — absolutely not, especially since I do not eat pork. That alone showed a lack of care and attention. I also ordered a bacon and cheese McGriddle meal for my daughter, and the sandwich came with a tiny piece of bacon you could barely see. To make matters worse, there were no hash browns included in the meal. The customer service was horrible, and the staff showed little concern for correcting their mistakes or providing quality service. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a morning order when accuracy and courtesy matter most. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and customer experience at this location.

    I ordered at 12am and then they abruptly canceled my order at 12:32am but their delivery times end at 12:45am. I do not recommend delivering from here!!!!
