  Lunch 2025. I ordered the steak and shrimp kabobs with rice and had a salad; I believe it was a Mediterranean salad. The steak and shrimp were off the chain!! Soooooo flavorful!! The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the steak.... oh my!! I didn't want to eat it all, I wanted to savor them. Got 2 kabobs of each. Only thing that wasn't that good was the rice. Rice lacked flavor and seasoning. I only ate a fork full, didn't even take it home to try to doctor it up. The salad was soooooo good. I have quite a few allergies so the hostess suggested a salad for me and she was spot on! I appreciate her patience and help. I could eat that steak and shrimp every day for weeks until I get tired of it! Lol! The spot it small and quaint but nicely decorated. They do have outside seating and bar seating. I would suggest every go there at least once. Bring you wallet too.

  Patricia was a great host. She was very kind welcoming and accommodating. Ensured we had all we needed and would constantly check on us. She is amazing! Will be back to see her again.

  Fusion is one of our most desired places to eat. The food, atmosphere, presentation is top notch. There is a superb waitress, Skylar who is absolutely fantastic. She is courteous, engaging and attentive without being obnoxious.she is always the one we ask for whenever we dine there.

  Patricia was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. She greeted us with such warmth and professionalism that we immediately felt welcome and well cared for. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive—answering every question thoroughly and making thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our entire dining experience. Her service was seamless without ever feeling rushed, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable visit. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and Patricia’s outstanding service made it even better. If you visit, do yourself a favor and request Patricia—you won’t regret it.

  I want to start by saying that I genuinely enjoy Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine and eat this type of food often. It is one of my favorite styles of dining, which is why I have supported Fusion Restaurant and Bar multiple times in the past both through DoorDash and by dining in with family for birthdays and special occasions. Because of those positive experiences, I felt confident bringing a friend with me on this visit. Unfortunately, we both left very disappointed. For our meal, I ordered a lamb gyro, a lamb and beef gyro, and an order of clams and mussels. The mussels were very flavorful and well seasoned, which I appreciated. However, the seafood dish as a whole was extremely underwhelming in terms of quantity. We received about ten clam shells with no meat inside them. When we brought this to our waitress’s attention, she explained that the clam meat would be inside the sauce rather than in the shells. After checking the dish thoroughly, we only found two small pieces of clam total. The rest of the plate consisted of empty shells. While the mussels tasted good, the portion size did not feel appropriate for the price. Considering that mussels can be purchased for about five dollars per pound at a grocery store, we did not receive anywhere close to a pound, especially with the lack of clams. We also had concerns with the gyros. The menu states that the lamb and beef gyro meat would be sliced, but instead it was served as a whole kebab placed inside the pita. We mentioned this to our waitress because it was not what was described. If we had wanted a kebab entrée, we would have ordered one. Unfortunately, nothing was done to acknowledge or correct this. What made the experience even more disappointing was the response we received. There was no apology or effort to make things right, and the interaction felt very nonchalant. The overall atmosphere and energy felt off, which ultimately led to us deciding not to leave a tip. I truly hate writing this because I have enjoyed this restaurant in the past and wanted this visit to be another great experience, especially since I brought a friend who was excited to try it. Sadly, he left just as disappointed as I did. I hope the owner sees this feedback and takes it as constructive, as I believe this restaurant has the potential to return to the quality and care it once offered.
