- CMChanterra Mains3 days ago1.0Ordered through drive thru and when we first ordered we were put on hold after the order and a second person came maybe 2 minutes later and randomly said "what did you want" so we had to reorder. The screen was correct and so was the receipt but somehow we got 2 large banana matchas and when we pointed it out the 2 girls acted confused. Nonetheless they remade one of the drinks and when i tasted it it was still banana so again we said something and they tried to say it was no banana in it so i had my sister taste it and sure enough..... banana. This whole encounter had to have been like 10 minutes of them acting like they gave us what we ordered and we were just tripping for nothing. The cashier kept laughing with the other girl anytime my sister showed frustration. This location is steady getting something wrong and acting like you're the one thats wrong.

- TTTravelingDiva2018Feb 14, 20265.0On Thursday 2/12/26, I decided to bypass Starbucks and head to Dunkin Donuts instead. Upon arriving, I felt a sense of regret, because of the long line outside, which included a bit of chaos, due to a few people arguing over parking spaces. Although I felt a little reluctant to park and try the line inside, I did anyway and I'm glad I did. Although the amount of people outside was chaotic and one customer became impatient with the staff on the inside, your team of employees, including your manager were EXTREMELY prompt, kind and helpful to all customers they engaged. The manager and her team who worked this day deserve a huge RAISE in pay! As a customer, I was extremely pleased with how kind and fast they were with everyone's orders and did it all with a calm demeanor and smile. They were so welcoming and really made me change my mind about stopping at the other coffee shop. Your team really represented Dunkin Donuts well and as a customer I really appreciate their hardwork and great customer service. Sincerely, Tiffany from Mcdonough.
