    Friday afternoon 330 pm ordered a decaf coffee,and a coffee place has no decaf..they just didn't make any for the day...lazyness

    All i got was a med hot coffee it sat on the counter while they took food order made the food and a cold coffee for the person behind me while the whole time my coffee sat on the counter by the time i recieved my hot coffee it was no longer hot so i can say this lovation will mever het my service again

    My wife and went through the drive through about 9:39-9:45 this morning. The person taking the order was absolutely terrible. He did not listen, he was unsure of what the store had and did not have and ultimately we drove off and went to the location on 155. The guy was basically flat out lazy and didn't want to do what he was getting paid to do. Every time we have gone to that location service has been pretty good. Please take him off the drive through and put him on another detail like cleaning the restroom because he definitely didn't want to be there today.

    Seriously only 2nd time at this location to purchase a gift card and they were out!!! Who runs out of selling gift cards the week before Christmas. Step it up mcdonough and get better restaurants to serve our community!!!!
