  I will never go back to this location. I was having a really bad day so stopped to get my free coffee with my rewards points through mobile order, they made it wrong the first time and added too much cream so I went back through and had them remake it, and they just added more cream to the same coffee… I don’t know why people are so mean. I obviously wasn’t gonna say anything because I don’t want them to remake my coffee and spit in it. Everyone there had an attitude.

  If you think people want to pay for half sas they don’t. It’s straight foam, the coffee taste like crab. I’m headed to seven brew where they actually care and value you and your money spent there to make sure you get a good experience . Do better or find better work. Duncan peoples days are numbered seven brews coming to everywhere soon . People don’t spend their hard earned money for this. Should’ve got the medium, fool me once won’t get fooled again. Y’all watch out now.

  So I placed a mobile order around 6:45 in the morning for pick up and I wasn’t able to get to the location until about 7:20 to pick up my order and when I got my order, everything was ice cold. Now I ordered for this location quite frequently because it’s on my way into work and usually I don’t have a problem with my orders or getting them we made if they’re a little cold but this time the entire staff had an attitude about remaking my order and saying they make mobile orders when they’re placed and that I should’ve got there sooner than later. When I asked well, why do you make mobile order as soon as their place the response was that’s just what we do if you don’t come get it that’s on you. So overall, the staff was extremely rude and not very accommodating but at what point does good customer service come into play ?if a customer hasn’t came picked their order up within 10-15 minutes of ordering it when they do come pick it up it should be remade and not give the customer ice cold coffee and food or not make the order until they get there all together so there isn’t any waste of product.

  Got awesome service from Felicia on a few occasions. She always is in a good mood and serves with smile. Will back at this location.
