  I’m only going back for the games and prizes from now on. This was the worst service I ever had at any restaurant. I was in a party of 3 and instead of seating us in one of the booths up front we were seated way in the back off to the side behind the bar. I still thought we would get served in a Finley fashion. Instead we ended up waiting 20 minutes for a server to come up to us to take our drinks. Workers were standing around not doing anything. When we placed our order they didn’t even come out at the same time. We all ordered fries and they were not fresh. Warm and almost cold. It took way too long for the server to come back with our check and one to go box. The server even mixed up two purchases on me and my friends receipt so they had to go and fix it. I understand the games was on and it was around 11 but I expect fresh food always. I’ll just play the game from now on and eat somewhere else.

  Attended a private party. The service was superb!! Food was delish! So many games to play. Clean facility. Restrooms could have better attendance of them.

  I came to Dave & Buster’s hoping to unwind after a long, draining day. All I wanted was a drink, some food, and a chance to relax. I also brought my team out with me. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I ordered the Dave Double Cheeseburger, and when it arrived, the bun was so hard I nearly chipped a tooth trying to take a bite. I sent it back and politely asked for it not to be toasted. When the second burger came out, the bun was just as hard as the first one. At that point, I was more frustrated than anything else — I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a normal burger I could actually eat. After the day I’d had, this was the last thing I needed. I left disappointed and still hungry. I really hope the kitchen pays more attention to quality and consistency, because this experience fell far below expectations.

  I have been to a bunch of different dave and busters in many states and this one is by far the worst. We ordered our food and the waitress asked us if we were gonna play games and we said yes but told her we would get the passes up front and she told us she could get them and add it to our ticket so we said OK. Little did we know that her tip would be included in the price of tickets plus our meal. When she rang us out, 20% tip was $53, the waitress hovered over me so I just paid. After doing the math for just our food, our food order was a total of $95 so on a $95 food order, she got a $53 tip. Very shady way to run business. Also purchased the unlimited pass and didn't read the fine print that after you win 1500 tickets, you do not win anymore, DO NOT BUY THE UNLIMITED PASS. I purchased 3 of them at $55 a piece and plus the $3 card fee. They also don't tell you that the unlimited pass does not work for games that have a purple light, we were not told any of this when it was purchased at the table. Not worth it if your kids likes to get the prices at the end. I never bought tickets at the table until now and will never go back to this dave and busters.

  It was a fantastic day made the Dave & Buster’s way!! The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Our server Justice was sensational. The restrooms and facility was clean. The food was so good, fresh and hot. We drove two hours and it was worth every mile. Kudos to the managers that read these reviews and make changes where needed. Thank you to reviewers that help make choices easy. It was fun and helped our family make good memories! Blessings 🫶🏾!!
