  The staff behind the counter didn’t seem to care that I was standing there waiting to place my order. It’s the slowest Chipotle I have EVER been to. On top of that the front door didn’t work so people would pull, not get in, and then walk around to the side when all they needed to do is pull harder. And when the guacamole is so salty that you don’t want to finish it, three strikes and you’re out!

  I came here last night with my bf around 6:40pm. He did an online order. We had ordered two side tortillas, a burrito, and burrito bowl. They didn’t inform anyone they were out of tortillas until he came inside. So he couldn’t get his burrito and had to settle for a bowl (that was made incorrectly). I’m still trying to figure out how they ran out of tortillas before closing. It was only 7pm. They had made my bowl wrong as well. I wanted chicken, lettuce, corn, cheese, sour cream, rice, and beans. My bowl was filled with rice, a little bit of lettuce, sour cream, a little bit of corn, a few slithers of cheese, no beans, and double chicken. It’s like they’re skimping on the veggies now. My bf wanted double chicken, rice, cheese, and sour cream. They put my beans in his food (my beans for my bowl) and barely put chicken in there. He was supposed to have the double chicken. We would’ve took the food back and had it remade, but the lobby was filled with people waiting on their food. It would’ve took way more time than we already waited for our order that we paid for online. We won’t be returning to this location due to them making food incorrectly and the lackluster attitude from employees.

  If you’re looking for the worst customer service Chipotle can offer you have found the right place! Oh as well as dry carne asada. I will NEVER return to this location again until staff is trained on customer service. Our money is too hard earned to be treated with disrespect. The staff is a reflection of the leader/owner! They don’t appreciate their customers. I advice all to go to another location!

  Terrible customer service, the staff was rude, no greeting or even a response when spoken to. I told one of the staff members that I still needed to pay for my drink, she ignored me and proceeded to walk to the back and never returned. They also didn’t have the mobile orders placed on the shelves where they typically go they had them placed on the counter (behind the register) but weren’t giving them to people when asked. Will not be returning to this location.

  Today was the bogo deal and the store was packed throughout the day (i went twice). this location has disappointed me in the past with running out of items, poor customer service and lack of organization. however, since hiring a new manager (i suppose) things have been a lot better now as far as with communication when problems arise, inconveniences, and especially moving things faster. I witnessed everyone working as a team today and serving the crowds throughout the day as efficiently as possible. I didn’t witness any rude interactions from staff to customers and with the amount of pressure, i appreciated being served efficiently. The teamwork was TRULY admirable and i thought to myself “this is what real teamwork looks like”. Only feedback I have is for the MOD to not be overwhelmed and fuss excessively at the team when they make a mistake. Observing how the manager talked to the team at times made the environment more tense, and I felt the team was already under enough pressure. Other than that, extreme kudos for today.
