This is one of the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The workers are too busy socializing to put customers first. They always out of something. I came the other night and they were out of most of the sides I wanted. Granted it was an hour before close but I wanted cheese and beans. You mean to tell me in an hour it’s okay to be missing both. Get it together.

Dear Micheal Sheffield,
My name is Teneica Isom and I sorry to bother you about your branch.
This is a distasteful email due to the management at Chipotle in McDonough-Hampton. Your manager on duty at this moment 11/06/25 1:35pm is being really rude to customers and staff members. It was noted by the cook that you all are short staffed today.
I woke up this morning, wanting chipotle. My first stop was Bellamay Strickland for an estimate on my car. The secretary had ordered Uber Eats from chipotle. She was on the phone discussing how her order was wrong. Unfortunately the manager was unapologetic and rude. I proceeded to Chipotle, giving grace on someone else’s behalf.
I waited on more chicken to be cooked for about 10 minutes. I was still optimistic about the outcome. The manager came out the back with a disgusting performance. It was about 4 pieces of carne asada left when the person next to me asked for more. I stated to the other employee that I would pay the extra for the meat. It was not a full portion. Instead of asking she informed him that I would be charged double for the meat. Even though I don’t have a problem with paying. I asked for a full portion of the meat.
She rudely asked the cashier “to more get an away from down here” and proceeded to down talk the young lady capabilities.
Long story short, she is running off your great employees. I advise that to focus on the numbers that are sure to drop if she stays in charge.
Have an amazing day!

Arrived at the restaurant around 4:45. It wasn’t busy and clearly not during the lunch rush. Unfortunately, the store had very little food prepared, causing me and several others to wait about 20 minutes. When my friend finally received her meal, it was cold. Completely unacceptable — I won’t be returning.

Staff is unprofessional. Granted they are young but they lack manners and basic home training. Waited 20 minutes in line just to order. No brown rice, black beans, nor chicken was ready. An employee was using a thermometer to check the heat quality of the food. She never washed off the thermometer, just used a paper towel, and went from the meats, to the beans, to the Queso and more.
