As if we haven’t already had bad customer service here multiple times, we decided to give them one more chance. 2/22/26 at about 5:40pm, my husband and I ordered 2 meals from this Arby’s. A #1 and a #2 combos. We got to the window, paid for the order, got our order after about 5 minutes and then right before we drove off we told the lady at the window to have a goodnight and she replied “yall too”. Then as we were driving off, we heard a male voice say something and she yelled “SHUTUP!” We didn’t think nothing of it until now. My husband has food poisoning after that being the last thing he ate. I’m starting to wonder what that male voice said? Plus I'm 100% sure our food wasn’t handled correctly or something wrong was done to it. He’s going to the doctor with the leftover food he had To see what’s going on with it. DON’T EAT HERE!!!

I ordered the 3 meat box today around 3pm and everything was old and reheated. My fries were cold and basically crumbs not one full size curly fry in the whole bunch. The roast beef sandwich was reheated the edges of the beef were burnt and the peach roll was hard and burnt and taste like it was soaked in butter. The 2 mozzarella sticks were the only decent feature of the entire meal.

Awful customer service…the young man at the counter didnt have the best attitude, the manager had to make him get up to take my order. So I just left. I only have it 2 stars because the place was clean.
