  They always have a bad attitude here. They should put the bad attitudes in the back. Every time I come here the customer service sucks

  Every time i come to this dunkin when the lil light skin girl at work she acts like she doesn’t want to do her job. She definitely doesn’t talk professional for the job. Today i received my coffee with half cold foam and half coffee. Who wants half coffee when they paid for a large drink? On top of that i seen her looking at me while in the window like she knew what happened. Nobody approached me when i did come back in there about. The lady in the blue shirt said something, i couldn’t really hear her for real but i think she asked what was wrong. I told her my drink was half foam and half coffee. So then the light skin girl came and got the coffee from me. She kind of snatched it out my hand but i let that slide ! If this location wasn’t right by my house i definitely wouldn’t come. If yall gone do a horrible job at work then don’t come!

  If you open at a certain time maybe it's a good thing to get the persons order taken. Don't put that your open if your not going to take any orders!!

  I ordered online. When it turned out this store did not have the drink I wanted, they were not apologetic. I even offered to take a less expensive drink as a substitute and all they would do is refund my money.

  With prices going up, you would expect service to at least remain consistent. Unfortunately concern for your order being taken correctly is absent with most fast food these days, including this location. I asked for 2 fried eggs on our sandwiches, and they only put one. We stated we wanted cookie crumble in the coffee, twice, and they still forgot it. We have to turn back around and ask for it to be added. This meal was nearly over 40 dollars and they still forgot straws for all of our drinks. I don't understand why reading the order is so challenging in the south. Go up North, and they have your food ready in 5-10 minutes tops, and it's exactly how you asked for. I shouldn't have to remind you what my order was when it's right in front of you, and paying prices that do not reflect the service or quality of food. Then having an attitude because you either got something wrong or just left it out entirely. Just go to iHop or any other dine in restaurant. Fast food just isn't the same.
