  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. It was our first time visiting Dave & Buster’s, and unfortunately, it did not start off well. When we walked in, we were looking for a counter to purchase but were directed to a kiosk instead. I explained to the employee that we wanted to eat first before playing. He recommended the $55 unlimited play card for my daughter, so we went ahead and purchased it. After being seated, I noticed on the menu that for just $5 more, there was an “eat and play unlimited” option. I asked our waitress if we could simply pay the difference to upgrade. She told us it was too late. That was extremely frustrating, especially because I clearly stated upfront that we planned to eat first. At no point did the employee mention the eat-and-play option, which would have been the better choice for us. The waitress called over a manager, but instead of resolving the issue, he insisted the only way to honor the deal was for me to purchase an entirely new card. That made no sense, considering I had just bought the unlimited card minutes earlier and only have one child. He blamed it on a “system issue,” but this could have easily been resolved by allowing us to pay the $5 difference for the meal. Customer service matters from the moment a guest walks in. When I said it was our first time, that should have been the moment to guide us properly; not miss an obvious opportunity to provide the best option. Because of how this was handled, we decided not to order food at all. There was no reason this couldn’t have been resolved, especially since this all happened within 10 minutes of purchasing the card and being seated. Very disappointing experience.

  First time at this location and I prefer the one in Lawrenceville. It's bigger, staff seems to be friendlier and more game options. There was only one restaurant host and the line was almost out the door just to put your name on the list to eat. Last time coming to this location.

  Came in from Canada, was really excited to experience Dave and Busters as I’ve heard it’s fun! We arrived and was told VERY rudely that it would be an 1 hour wait for food because,” we didn’t expect so many people to come in tonight!” We left, went back the next day, same rude staff, telling us that its shift change and it’s an hour wait!!! Called a manger over and he was no better! Do better, will be in town for another 10 days, sadly we won’t be back!

  We hosted our 7-year-old’s birthday party here and had a wonderful experience. Our planner was very responsive and answered all of our questions ahead of time, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Upon arrival, a manager greeted us at the door, setting a welcoming tone. Imani and Christie took excellent care of us and truly went above and beyond to ensure all of our guests were comfortable and enjoying themselves. Everything came together beautifully—it was a great time for everyone!

  So we had a party of 10. We knew we were going to have to wait due to not having a reservation. That wasn’t a problem we were playing games. I got us on the list at 2:50 pm. I know that for a fact. So we were told an hour and a half which would have been 4:20. We approached the stand at 4:35 and asked. The very rude host, who was rude when I went up there the first time. Said “you guys checked in at 3:30”…. No sir we did not. We checked in before 3. He then said it was gonna be another 45 minutes. Which would have been a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes. We have diabetics in the group. Again, we knew we were going to have to wait. But don’t lie about when we checked in.
