  Ordered this new jalepeno sand which today for the 3rd time and the sauce was left out for now the 2nd time. Have no clue how you could be advertising this sandwhich, and forget the sauce over and over. It’s quite disappointing cause the one time they actually did there job and put it in the bag it was good!

  This was the worst experience I've ever had at Chick-fil-A. I've actually never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. My husband even worked at Chick-fil-A corporate for several years. I placed a mobile order at 10:08 a.m., knowing breakfast ends at 10:30, and it takes me about 20+ minutes to get to the location. When I arrived, I was asked if my order was through DoorDash. I said no and showed them the Chick-fil-A app, yet the owner (I didn't know he was the owner at first) didn't seem to recognize it. That was already frustrating considering he was the owner and didn't recognize his own app. An employee mentioned that their system doesn't always process mobile orders correctly, so this appears to be a known issue. Despite that, the owner repeatedly told me my order might not be there instead of trying to resolve the situation. After repeating it several times, I'm now very frustrated to the point that we begin to argue. What made the experience worse was his attitude, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and not polite throughout the interaction. Rather than taking accountability or offering a solution, he kept repeating the same explanation (after I asked him to stop repeating the same thing because that's not my fault) ultimately said he would just cancel my order. How are you cancelling an order that you cannot see in your system, how! When I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the owner, which was disappointing given how the situation was handled. Overall, the lack of accountability and poor customer service (especially from the owner) made this a very frustrating experience. Thankfully every chick-fil-a is not the same otherwise I'd never go back to one, but I'll definitely never come back to this one.

  Never met a Chick-fil-a I didn't like, but I have to say that this one is even better than most. Just like every other CFA, their drive-thru is full of cars 6 days a weeks. They seem to be better at moving the orders through than some locations. The biggest thing though is that their food, especially the fries seem to be hotter upon delivery than most are. Noticeably hotter!! And for some weird reason, their sandwiches seem bigger!
