    This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever encountered! They always get your order wrong, the food is always cold and after they mess up they make you bring it back so they can see it. I mean every time. You could have used the app to make it right like all the other stores I’ve been too. Rarely do I ever encounter a problem at Chick-fil-A; however, this one needs to close down quite honestly. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. I promise I’ll never stop here again. The poor reviews fit this place has poor management and rude staff! How do you ruin someone’s breakfast like this? And the white gentleman that pretty much threw my order in the car was incredibly rude and should not work there. I am offended. I won’t be back.

    This is a sorry excuse of an establishment. You all overwork high schoolers and refuse to properly interchange workers from working inside and working outside which is completely wrong and against code of conduct. I wouldn’t be surprised by the time summer comes people are randomly passing out. Your manager falsely accused someone for “stealing points” without properly doing your due diligence of finding out what really happened because you saw them on the camera giving the receipt to another worker without knowing the situation at hand. Not only are are falsely accusing someone of stealing something very petty in its manner, your also highly degrading someone who is well feed at their loving home and doesn’t live off of chick-fi-la sandwiches for their daily nutrition. Your business will fail treating people inhumane with your unethical business practices. Nothing good comes out of treating those who are innocent wrongfully. You all are going to mess with the wrong child one day and I just pray that your handy cameras support whatever excuse you give but it won’t. Humble yourself you’ve only been in business for a year. Customers notice when your not switching out your workers during various of weather conditions and they also notice when you all are keeping certain people outside. The proof is in the pudding, a chick-fi-la only having a 3.9 rating and you’ve only been open for a year and some change. A comical embarrassment.

    Absolutely terrible experience. I am beyond frustrated and honestly shocked at how poorly this was handled. We ordered food for 3 adults and 2 small children (under 3), and somehow they managed to mess up something as basic as fries and drinks. We ordered 4 drinks and 4 fries, and instead received 6 drinks and 6 fries—how does that even happen? It’s not like this was a complicated order. When we tried to get it fixed and asked for a refund for the items we didn’t even order, the situation somehow got worse. The manager took the receipt, disappeared to “run the numbers,” and then came back telling us that if they corrected the order, our total would actually be $2 MORE. Make that make sense—we ordered LESS than what they gave us, yet somehow we’d owe more money? Completely ridiculous. To make matters worse, both the workers and the manager were incredibly rude and condescending the entire time. Instead of taking responsibility for THEIR mistake, they acted like we were the problem. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. Spending nearly $70 for a meal that was wrong and dealing with that kind of service is unacceptable. Complete waste of money and time—I will never be coming back. Screw this place.

    We went to the Jodeco Rd location this morning for the promotion they had going, every Tuesday until the end of the month get a free item. Today was the spicy chicken biscuit. We had 3 patrons, all 3 had the app but they would not honor the promotion. Our cashiers name was Tre, he was aware that we should have received the promotion but for some reason the system would not give us the promotion. We visit this location frequently as we live within walking distance. They definitely could have accommodated 3 biscuits for 3 chick fil app members, but did not. After calling corporate, I was informed this location should have informed me I needed to add this location as "my preferred location". They also said the employees at this location were aware of the promotion and should have been knowledgeable about how to receive it. One of the biggest reasons I visit chick fil a is because of customer service. I genuinely hope the franchise or manager will respond to this review so we can prevent this from happening in the future.
