As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
This was a horrible experience!!! Who owns this store . Do they not have timers ? We ordered and went to the other side to be asked what we ordered and waited more time. Order was placed at 6:11 to receive limp fries and warm fish and a cold chicken box at 6:47 finally .

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Checkers location today.
My son and I sat in the drive-thru for about an hour total, including at least 40 minutes sitting directly at the window with no employee acknowledging us or explaining what was happening. No one came to the window during that time to communicate with us.
Eventually an employee opened the window and told us their ordering system was down and that we would need to place our order through DoorDash instead.
The problem with that is DoorDash prices are higher than ordering directly at the restaurant. I asked why customers who are physically at the restaurant—and who had already waited about an hour with no communication—would be expected to pay inflated third-party prices just to place an order.
Instead of explaining the situation professionally, the employee became disrespectful and slammed the window in my face. My son approached the window to ask what was going on, and the same employee began taunting him with comments like “why are you running, are you scared?”
When I attempted to speak with the managers on duty about what had happened, they were not helpful. While I was explaining the situation, the same employee who slammed the window continued yelling that he “didn’t see us,” and the managers proceeded to slam the walk-up window as well instead of addressing the issue.
I later called corporate to report the situation. After explaining that we waited nearly an hour, were ignored, and were treated disrespectfully, I was offered only $10 in compensation for the entire experience.
Technical issues happen, but leaving customers sitting at the window for 40 minutes with no communication, attempting to redirect them to higher-priced third-party ordering, and then responding with disrespect when customers ask questions is unacceptable.

People were nice and friendly. Food was as good as you can expect from a fast food joint. Upper management needs to spend a few dollars on curb appeal.
