  Horrible. Wendy's has always been my go to for a good burger. And this location is trash. The last few time have just gotten worse. I will not go here ever again. I will drive farther to get a hot meal or just got to Five Guys where I know the food will be fresh and hot. The damn cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were cold and it took forever to get that. Just ridiculous.

  The staff here are so sweet and welcoming! ❤️ Even going through the drive-thru, they were friendly, fast, and made the whole experience great. My visit was quick but everything was smooth and easy. This is definitely my go-to Wendy’s when I want fast food!

  The young lady seem to have a bad attitude and she is very unprofessional Im not sure if she was having a bad day she is light skin with green eyes on belair rd works lunch shift.

  Today is Thursday 4/9 I stopped by the drivethru Martinez Wendy's location across from Popeyes and Starbucks. The customer service from both cashiers was great but the food was terrible, bad quality. I ordered the Biggie bag 4 chicken nuggets and fries. The nuggets and fries were cold. Nuggets didnt taste like real chicken inside. It had a rubber taste texture. The fries were cold, wrinkly and black. Im surprised that they would serve poor quality food like knowing that the food wasn't fresh. This location doesn't appear to get a lot of business from what I've seen. There was no one there when I got there so it's safe to say the good had been sitting there unde the light for a long time. If I go back to that location I'm definitely checking my food before I leave to ensure the food is quality and fresh but for right now I don't plan on going back to that location. To the owner: this feedback needs to taken seriously and addressed to the staff because you don't want to end up having this location close down for good. You better step it up!
