  ​I’m extremely disappointed with the shady experience I had at this location today. I placed an online order specifically to use a BOGO footlong coupon. When I arrived to pick up my two sandwiches, the staff initially told me, "There is no order." ​Once I showed them my phone screen proving the order existed, the story immediately changed to: "Oh, the order didn't go through, our system was down for a couple of seconds." This was despite the fact that I had already been charged. ​They told me to just "place it again" and promised I’d be refunded for the first one. The problem? Since the system now marked my first order as "CANCELLED/VOIDED," my BOGO coupon is gone. I can't reuse it, and I’m not paying full price because of their "system" issues. ​It feels like this franchise is intentionally trying to avoid honoring corporate promotions by tricking customers into paying full price once they are already in the store. If you don't want to participate in the BOGO deals, opt out officially instead of wasting people's time and money with these practices. I will not be returning to this location.

  The lady waived me off that was working said they are close when the sign on the door stated they were open for the next 1/2 hour.

  I ate this after getting my nails done at the local place in the same plaza. The individual helping me wasn’t the nicest and seemed to be bothered by me wanting a sandwich. I’m also 100% confident that my sandwich gave me food poisoning and I’m feeling awful as I’m typing this review. I normally don’t leave google reviews but felt it was necessary in the case.

  PLEASE READ. MY REVIEW IS BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE AND WILL NOT BE DELETED. I stopped at this Subway because it was close to where I was going. This is my first time visiting this establishment. I asked for my sub to fixed certain way,which is the way I like it. The Indian man was very rude and responded it will taste the same. I don't recall asking if it would taste the same. I didn't ask for anything extravagant. I made this post because of the awful customer service and I noticed he didn't treat anyone elst this way. I recommend going to another Subway where your business appreciated. Avoid this one at all cost. The Indian guy is rude and needs to learn customer service skills. Needless to say I will not be returning and I will not change my post,he did change his attitude. To add insult to injury the sandwich was nasty,but it isn't at the other subways.
