  Levi was excellent the sandwich maker, his customer service was superb in fact his sandwich was great as well. I normally am a patron of the Walton way Subway before work @ Piedmont but it has recently closed down, so I thought I would go to this one right by my home. Since I am a night shifter I get my topping to the side, and toast my sub here at work in the middle of the night. Not a problem at all at other Subways!! Well Asha (I'm assuming the manager/owner had a problem letting go of the 1 cent salad container! She was pissed that Levi separated my veggies and wanted to charge me for a separate salad. When I said its ok I will leave, she said she would "give me my lettuce and tomatoes this time". She even would only give me 1 paper bag, she actually removed my sub from the footlong bag and put it in the big paper bag to recycle her footlong bag back in the stack. She was totally pissed that she lost 1 cent, not that she lost a customer to her franchise!!!

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! This place is run by a cheap family who will do WHATEVER IT TAKES TO SAVE MONEY!!! GO DOWN THE ROAD TO A DIFFERENT SUBWAY!! Placed a mobile order, an hour away. Should be a simple refund but because it "wasn't her fault" she refused it. AWFUL ATTITUDE!! edit: this isn't the first time i've dealt with their trash attitude either!! They are very rude and put way below the amount of meat and cheese as well.

  This is the most ridiculous delivery sandwich from an app. How? Sandwich is 90% dressing, 5% cheese, 3% sauce, and 2% turkey. I mean this is total bs! Unacceptable!

  Showed up 15 min before 9 was denied service. The worker said it closed at 9 not 930. Worst service I've ever experienced
