I ordered and it had been around 25 minutes, I saw other people around me who had order afterwards getting their food, didn’t think much of it and just continued waiting. At this point it had been 40 minutes, I went to the register, took about 15 minutes till someone finally acknowledged me, I told them my order and order number and asked if it would be out soon, the lady said to just wait and it would be soon. Another 20 minutes passed, now I’m just standing at the counter waiting. Then it had been around an hour and a half since I ordered, I asked the lady why I still hadn’t gotten my food and she, again, just told me to wait. It had been another 20 minutes and I started heading towards the door to leave when the lady walked up and said “if you just wait we’ll have your food” it had already been around 2 hours and I was over it. I got no food, no refund, it was a waste of time and money.

And once the food was out it was cold. And all of the Halloween buckets were the same colours? How can you make me pull forward to make sure I get my food fresh. And give me cold food. And the same buckets for all of them too? And you barely filled up my drinks! I've been going here for years and they truly have just terrible service now.
