Then they stated I had to pay an extra dollar fifty if I wanted more drink in my cup because of the type of drink. I told them legally, I paid for a drink.There is no sign stating that I need to pay more if I get less ice. So\nThey end up filling my cup up. The employees are great people. I could see it in their face and their hospitality The management system is very corrupt. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I go there. Then my sandwich only had one and a 1/2 piece of bacon. Out of all the Dunkin' Donuts, I've traveled all over the world.I've never been treated like this.The hash Browns were cold and soggy.Looks like they've been fried in old oil. It happened once I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and it happened again. They will no longer get business from me. Inform from what I'm reading on the comments.I'm not the only one they tried to scam.

I called several times since 7am throughout the day and the phone just rings and rings. Now it’s 2pm and still no answer. Guess I have to stop by there in the AM prior to work.
