- CMC M4 days ago1.0Employee at the window this morning was very rude. Crumpled my receipt as he gave it to me, acted as if he didn’t want to give me my credit card back. When I told him my coffee was incorrect he closed the window and walked away. Then gave me a coffee that still was incorrect but after waiting for almost 10minutes I was not willing to be late for work. Egg and cheese wraps were cold in the center, but what really got me was how rude this man was. We will definitely never come back to this location! Do better!

- SSSamOct 31, 20251.0Came through the drive thru a little after 9am on 10-31-25 and the girl who took my order, not only sounded rudely annoyed and after everytime I said something would rudely ask "anything else?" Like I was bothering her. She also cut me off mid order to ask "where's Keisha?" And didn't even apologize. Then once I was done, asked rudely again if there was anything else, I said no, and she demanding said "pull forward then"....I'm sorry your parents didn't teach you manners and a company hasn't taught you customer service skills....but if you hate your job that bad, go work else where. No one deserves that attitude given to them. Now Keisha (I'm assuming is the sweet girl who gave me my drinks, because her and the girl who took my order sounded completely different) she was so sweet kind. I hope they aren't treating her like they treat customers. Ridiculous
