    So today I was utilizing the BOGO via the Arby's app. One it was complicated and two it ended today for me and so I hastily rushed out the door not checking if I had everything. the amazing worker Kennedy helped me get the BOGO it applied to my order in store. When it came time to pay I realized in my hast out the door I had totally forgotten and didn't have my wallet on me and left it at home. (Honest to goodness mistake). While trying to figure out how to link my banking to google pay on my phone to pay for my Arby's order. (Which want happening quickly.) Kennedy out of the graciousness of her heart of her own choosing reached around and paid for my meal herself. I didn't ask her to do that (infact I kept repeating "you didn't have to do that, that was so sweet) Kennedys selfless act completely blessed me during the Christmas holidays. All with a smile on her face and charm in her personality! I shed happy tears as I left the store and got back in my car. 2025 has been a terrible year for me personally and this simple act of kindness is the very thing my heart needed to end 2025 on a better note than it started. Arby's on Washington road has such an amazing worker with Kennedy. And they best recognize that fact! Thank you Kennedy I will not forget your kindness.. And the manager also had the same energy which was amazing! I hope Kennedy gets blessed 10 fold with the same level of kindess she afforded me. Y'all best believe I'll be back! To THIS store specifically. Merry Christmas Joe

    Made our order incorrectly and then instead of taking my word for it made me load back up and bring all of the food back to her to show her and prove it.

    I went to this Arby’s restaurant on tonight at 11:00 Pm. Absolutely positively nasty. Nothing that we asked for. My boyfriend ask for a deep fried Turkey club nothing was on it that was supposed to be on it . I order a Greek sandwich combo. I asked for extra Tzatziki sauce like I asked . Both curly fries was hard and cold. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this restaurant late night. I completely lost my money for nothing

    There is a Caucasian female in there with tattoos that is very rude I took my food back to let her know that it was cold and that the steak bowl had meat in it that was so hard that I couldn't even chew it. Soon as she looked in my face and I was trying to explain to her about my food She rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to walk away from the window Another African American employee that was standing close to her saw her do it and rushed over to the window to help me I felt so insulted because I wasn't trying to cause any problems I just wanted my food corrected.
