  Never again. I have a child with celiac who was glutened by the egg bites here (they do not contain gluten ingredients) When I placed the order inside the store I asked for new gloves and to prepare it with food allergy precautions. When the shift manager or whoever it was in the blue shirt looked at me and nodded I thought he was taking my request seriously. Well friends, he did not. While I understand that accidents can happen and nothing is perfect, the box came out with something crumbly inside which I could visually see. I would have thought that he also saw it. I somehow convinced myself that this was burned egg crumbs, I know how stupid can I be, because why would eggs have crumbs, but I wanted to believe. For comparison, we have used the Washington rd Dunkin to order egg bites countless times and have never had this experience before. Well she was miserable with a stomach ache during spring break. The thing that makes me SO unhappy was please don’t make eye contact with me and lie. Next time just say “we can’t do that” although there won’t be a next time. This location is done for me.

  The weekends are always a bust, I can almost guarantee my order to be messed up in some form, but I literally watched my order and two others get messed up due to the cashiers inexperience. Id just suggest having adequate training for the front of the house, the cashier didnt seem to know what they were doing and no one was there to assist them. The second order I had to place on the kiosk went fine.

  Took me 30 min to get here after receiving the order. Mind you its only a biscuit. I then proceeded to wait another 15 min. For a biscuit. Haha. I just dont understand

  Please train your employees. They are very sweet but the coffee is horrible. It’s bean water. This was 7 dollars. Supposed to be mostly espresso (3 shots) and a dab of milk. It’s white and tastes like water. That’s not ok

  I am just very frustrated with this location. I frequent here almost everyday as my job is right behind it and my order is wrong everyday. If I ask for caramel coffee with cream and sugar, it’s black. If I ask for a bagel toasted with butter, it’s soaked in butter… completely unnecessarily. Yesterday I was given a second meal I didn’t even order and when I asked for the total to be corrected , instead of refunding me and charging me for what I asked for, they charged me a second time for the food that wasn’t mine! While the employees are not, I am under the impression they are poorly trained and just doing whatever to get through the day. My experience has been irritating and very disappointing ever since Eddie the manager left and his impact clearly made a difference. The grievances I have aren’t hard fixes. Please do something with this location.
