  We don't usually go to this store. We go to the Woodstock Wendy's. But, we went to this one in marietta shallowford road. My wife ordered 2 double stacks and small fry. She ordered a double stack and chicken nuggets. Both, $8.00 each. The 2 double stacks for me we supposed to be with ketchup and mayonnaise only. They both had ketchup and mustard and pickles. Not what I ordered! She ordered the order online. We were supposed to get them to bring it to our. The website isn't working! I went inside. The girl came up to the counter. If she said nothing, I didn't hear her. I told her the website was not working. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away! The cook was wearing gloves. The other girl at the fryer was not wearing gloves! She touched the top of the fries containers! Come on! Doesn't everyone handling food need to wear gloves!? We will go to the Wendy's in Woodstock from now on! The girl at the counter also touched the top of both of our cups! That's s big NO NO!

  I went through drive-thru to this location today for lunch and my fries were cold. I didn't make it far, so I came back and went inside to get a fresh order. The African American young lady with the long braids and nicely manicured nails was extremely polite and professional. She was very polite, attentive, courteous to ALL of her customers from what I observed while waiting on fresh fries. She is the reason for this 5 star review, if more people in customer service performed in this manner problems wouldn't be a problem!!! That Coke was popping, it was strong as heck!!!

  Just went here and the food was awful. Completely inedible. And they made me wait for my order which was just one combo meal. The food was cold even after waiting for my order. The lettuce was soggy and gross and the fries were overcooked and cold. Do yourself a favor and never eat here. They need to clean house and get a new manager.
