  I come to the location at least twice a week, I was very disappointed this morning, I ordered the same bowl every time never switched and I didn't hear him but agreed to the order. I got to my destination and opened the bag,and it clearly wasn't what I ordered. I called and the manager said he read back me order and when I went back, I clearly told him what I wanted, then I stated that he forgot to put the drizzle on top, he said that I needed to be more specific and I was truly disappointed that he makes this same bowl all the time three or four every time and I need to be more specific. I didn't like the customer service at all.

  I work across the street at Kennestone hospital and stopped by for a smoothie. The açaí berry boost is my go to at other locations, but whatever they gave me today was a WASTE of $8. It taste like straight ice. I paid $8 for ice …. So tread lightly it seems like this location is trying to spread inventory

  This place sucks. Low quality fruits, they put a load of added sugar in every smoothie, and over half the smoothie is ice. Not healthy at all and not flavorful either

  I placed an order this morning, just to get to the store and find out they’re not even open. The employee that was there just ignored everyone outside. Had to find out from another customer waiting in his car that they were opening late due to another employee being “late”. It was only when I began calling and knocking on the door that the employee opened. She was rude and didn’t try to understand where us customers are coming from. It is not our fault or problem that one of their employees did not show up. How are we supposed to know this information if you guys are still accepting online orders. The employee claims she is “stressed” and doesn’t know what to do or how to open the store. This is irresponsible on the stores end because where is the training? It’s not rocket science to make a couple of smoothies. I asked her could I atleast get a refund, she claims it will get done but she can’t do it. I asked how long will it take… her answer was a couple of days! Are you kidding?!? Do better.

  I love the way (I didn't get his name but he have curly hair) (look mixed) he cooked my chicken pesto and I love the way the other young man himself made my detox smoothie thank y'all
