  Disrespectful staff. Didn’t even know how to show proper customer service. The lady at the front of the desk was already angry and frustrated. Not polite. I don’t recommend this location for anyone.

  I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with an experience I had at your location this evening. At approximately 9:28 PM, I arrived at the restaurant while my boyfriend approached the entrance at 9:29 PM. Your posted closing time is 10:00 PM, yet an employee—described as a Caucasian male with long blonde hair—rushed to the door and locked it directly in front of him, preventing entry. This occurred well before the stated closing time, making the action both inappropriate and unacceptable. While I understand that employees must complete closing procedures, refusing entry to customers more than 30 minutes before closing does not align with reasonable customer service expectations or posted business hours. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. I ask that this matter be addressed to ensure that your staff adheres to posted hours and treats customers with professionalism and courtesy. I would appreciate your attention to this issue and any follow-up regarding how it will be handled.

  Whoever owns this Subway location should thank their lucky stars that they have such an OUTSTANDING employee like Oleg. He builds a great sub and always has such a positive attitude. We are always happy to see his smiling face when my wife and I walk in the door. Thank you OLEG!
