  This subway has the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. The Hispanic lady gave me ham instead of turkey and then got mad when I corrected her. She proceeded to throw veggies on my sandwich and slam things around. I asked her to add mayo to both sides of my bread and she said it was against the rules to do so. Out of convenience, I’ve visited a few times, and her attitude is ALWAYS horrible. This is the last straw. She must be racist or something because it’s no way she is this mean to patrons for no reason!

  Closing time is 10:30PM. I am coming to the store at 10:00 PM. Seeing me store associate came running and locked to door.

  So I’ve been to this subway twice and the first time I had the same experience with two different employees.. the ladies there seem to have the nastiest attitude and with me being black it makes it seem like a race issue because both ladies were non black or white . The second time I went the lady slung my sandwich out the oven , so much so the meatball came out and made a mess … luckily it’s just a sandwich because if it was anything else I would have walked out . Management do better .

  Three female staffers ignored 5 customers so they could make online orders for customers that were not even there. 4 of the 5 customers in the store walked out without placing an order. I will never go back. Customers in person should take precedent over customers that are not there. Just ignorant.
