  Good service, clean restaurant, friendly staff. I often ask for special consideration in making my sandwich and they always accommodate my requests. While I’ve seen a lot of turnover in staff, surprisingly the service level has not deteriorated. The sandwich artists are are happy to help and serve you with a smile. The only reason I’m not giving them 5-stars is because I’m a few occasions the bread has not been fresh. Seems they may be hanging on to it long after the recommended time permitted, but that is just speculation. The facts are this place is pretty darn good when compared to other restaurants of the same brand franchise. If they could make sure they only serve good/fresh bread always, they would earn that last star.

  I have going to this location for multiple yeaes now. I just left there with the worst Subway experience in a while. When I walked in some young teenager was in the back on his cell phone. Came out asked me how he could help me WHILE still on the phone... after I told him my order he then said he would be right back and walked to the back and finished his phone call... seriously made me wait another min while he got done with what obviously was much more important then me the customer. When he got back he did not remember my order so I had to tell him again... why even waste my time if you arent listening? At that point he contined making my food while talking to another employee that came out. Had to reask me mutliple times what i said because he was distracted with his conversation. At the end I ask if he remember my Mayo.... he said no. The teenager had dark hair almost down to his soulder. Wore his subway hat backwards and had braces... this child needs training in customer service and respect.
