  Great Customer Service at this location. Very clean and welcoming. Went in and ordered my usual. Had a small issue with my sandwich but Kash listened and made the correction process seamless. He assured me that he would remake my item and did everything with a smile. I watched him give the same OUTSTANDING customer service to other customers as well. I work in hospitality myself and this is the type of employee that I would want to interact with my customers. Assigning the correct employees to be the face of a restaurant can make a huge impact on profit and loss. Thank you Kash

The atmosphere at this location was notably nice and clean, and despite a short wait in line, the environment made it easy to relax. The standout feature was undoubtedly the fireplace; its warmth provided the perfect backdrop for a slow, cozy meal. ​The food offered the classic variety Panera is known for. The Fuji Apple Chicken Salad was fresh and crisp, providing a nice sweetness that paired beautifully with a warm bowl of their signature Tomato Soup. For those craving something heartier, the Toasted Italiano Sandwich and the Bacon Turkey Bravo were both flavorful and satisfying, with the Bravo’s signature bread holding up perfectly to the toppings. ​We also tried the Parmesan BLT Salad, which added a savory, salty kick to the spread. Whether you are grabbing a quick bite or lingering by the fire with a sandwich, the combination of a clean space and a welcoming hearth makes this a fantastic destination for a casual night out.

  Very disappointing and concerning experience. Yesterday I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup, and it already looked strange when it arrived. I thought it might just be the temperature or the way it was prepared, so I didn’t question it at the time. However, this morning both my 3-year-old daughter and I woke up extremely sick. We have been vomiting and having diarrhea since then. I contacted the restaurant to explain what happened, hoping they would take it seriously, especially because a small child is involved. Unfortunately, the manager showed no concern at all and made no effort to help or even understand the situation. The response was cold and dismissive. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but after this experience I am shocked and very disappointed. Getting sick after eating the food is already unacceptable, but the lack of responsibility and care from management made it even worse. I will definitely not be coming back.
