- MMMaria MMar 21, 20261.0After leaving Phylis, we went next door to Panera hoping for a quick and easy experience, but unfortunately, it wasn’t any better. There was a woman standing at the bakery register when we walked in, but she turned around and went to the back without acknowledging us. We stood there waiting for about 10 minutes with no assistance. Eventually, we walked toward the back and asked if someone could help us. Instead of assisting, she told us to use the kiosk up front. At that point, I was completely over it. A simple acknowledgment or basic customer service would have made a big difference. The lack of attention and care was very frustrating.

The layout is spacious with booths ideal for single person and multiple person seating. We like the Panera rewards program and the skip-the-counter ordering option (self order kiosk) also available here.

No words spoken Im not sure what was going on however a polite apology would have been great to help my understanding - save you money eat at home the bread. Was gross and my drink taste like it was made the beginning of the week - I wish I would roll my eyes in this review
