- WRW RMar 14, 20261.0This restaurant is dirty every single time we visit. We generally like Panera, and years ago this location easily would have earned a 5-star review. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case for quite some time. During our most recent visit, we walked in and immediately turned around and left. The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty, and the trash areas were overflowing and messy. The restrooms were also clearly neglected, which only added to the impression that basic cleanliness is not being maintained. What made it even more frustrating was that it wasn’t busy and it wasn’t rush hour. There was no reason for the dining area to look like that. Over the past couple of years we’ve noticed the same problem every time we stop in, but this visit was by far the worst. This location seriously needs attention.
