  I placed an order for pickup yesterday, and upon arriving at the restaurant, I discovered that the lobby was locked. I proceeded to knock on the drive-through window, but no one responded. After a moment, I tapped on the window again, and eventually, one of the employees came to the window. She then stated, 'We're gonna get to you when I get to you.' I explained to her that l am a customer who had placed an online order for pickup and that I should not be standing in the drive-through line on my feet, as this poses a liability to other vehicles. I also mentioned that I would not have placed an online order if I intended to stand on my feet waiting for my food. The employee responded with a rude remark, expressing indifference towards my concerns, and proceeded to behave with a rude attitude. I requested to speak with a manager, but she slammed the window in my face. The manager then approached, asked for the name on my order, and told me to meet her at the door. It appeared that the manager did not address the misconduct of her employee adequately. I have had previous positive interactions with this manager, where she was genuinely kind and professional. She performed her duties effectively, and I was satisfied with her actions. Nonetheless, I believe that the employee working at the drive-through window should not be in direct contact with customers in such a manner. My suggestion is that she be assigned to the back to prevent further negative impacts on your business.

  Finally tried that new Arch Burger. Nah…if the Big Mac cravings hit again in 2-3 years, I’ll stick to the OG. Everyone was nice and professional.

  One of the best McDonald’s I ever been to. I went through drive through and used the app. Alecia/Or Alicia took my order. She was professional and had great personality. You could really see her smile through the speaker. She even upsold me an item when I was placing my order. Angeles at next window was fast prompt and communicated.She smiled the whole Kitchen and restaurant seemed really clean. Kudos to this McDonald’s. This is how all McDonald’s should operate.
