  This crew has the worst attitudes ever! They mess up your order & when I try to call to get them to fix it, they never answer the phone! I predict this location will shut down like SO Many others.

  It’s disappointing that every time I visit, there’s only one toy option for Happy Meals. My grandchildren end up with identical toys and it ruins their excitement. This really needs to be fixed.

  If I could give this place a zero I would. Did not even put my food in a bag just handed it out the window then I was missing my food the girl in the window was clueless ask for a manger I guess they make who ever a manger she did not even try and make it right

  I’ve given up and won’t be coming back to this location. 80% of the time my requests for no cheese are missed. Recently I went back and asked for it to be corrected, only to be handed another sandwich with cheese. They regularly forget parts of the order and if I don’t pull over and check every item, it is highly likely I’ll need to drive back after realizing at home. They will most likely ask you to pull into a parking space when using the drive through because they are always behind, even when ordering something basic like a sausage biscuit + hash brown in the morning… They are always behind and flustered. The employees at this particular location are very unfriendly and either rude or vacant. One the the guys at the cashier stared at my wife while we were paying for so long it made her uncomfortable and she had to ask what was happening. Ive seen them fighting loudly with each other in obnoxious scenes. There really isn’t a lot to say about this location that is good. Avoid, go to one of the other nearby fast food options.

  As I was about to leave a review, I noticed that with over 1265 Google reviews and a 3.2, you must be bad. What a shame! Elvira – leadership matters. And you are to blame. If you don’t treat customers with respect, your staff won’t either. This is why the people working with you totally pretended I wasn’t standing at the counter. You should be ashamed of yourself for having a manager’s uniform on. You need re-training. I came in for a filet meal. I knew my order would need a conversation because it was a special order. As I stood there at the counter (with no one else in line but me), I was never greeted or addressed. The manager (Elvira) continued to have a full conversation with Causey (he was bagging things or waiting for food items for the drive-thru as well as there being an employee working drive-thru and it appeared another girl was putting together some drinks for drive-thru. All of this along with Elvira helping drive thru. I continued to stand there without any acknowledgement whatsoever. Kausey turned and looked at me and so did Elvira. They then turned back around and pretended I was invisible as they continued to talk to one another. Finally, I said in an elevated voice, “Can I please place an order”. Causey eventually came over, took my order and still messed it up. I asked that the coffee be fresh- it was almost 4 in the afternoon – but he just poured what was there and it was bitter from sitting all day. I asked that the tarter sauce be on the side – it was on my sandwich anyway. The fries were cold and shriveled. It wasn’t that difficult. When I asked him to make the corrections, he complained the entire time that he belonged on the grill. Eventually, without uttering a word, Elvira walked right by me to go home for the day – as she had ignored me from the start. The shining star and the reason I couldn’t give a negative rating was because of Matthew. After continually complaining that he didn’t belong at the counter, Causey called Matthew from the back. What a rock star! Matthew knows how to take care of customers. He fixed everything and his customer service skills are top- notch! Thank goodness for him! Keep and promote him. He saved the day for me.
