This Not against the staff one bit. The overall McDonald's corporation is failing its customers big time with below average food quality and taste. Yes the old famous saying it's "McDonald's, what do you expect" should not be accepted! The food quality and chemically treated French fries are just horrible from its long standing of quality fast food decades ago. This stuff just sits in your stomach like a rock, the fries are life less. Cut a McDonald's fry in half and it's like yeah it's not real or something smh. McDonald's needs to step up in quality. The parant Corporation prays on lower economic areas and other areas such as road travelers etc.to produce the cheapest and unhealthest food they can serve at the lowest price point. By adding in fillers etc. This food is pure junk Try eating McDonald's every single day like a school kid in middle school to High School. Watch that cholesterol, weight gain, and blood pressure spike. Why settle for this type of food, that everybody knows it's NOT GOOD FOR YOUR only it eat once every blue moon. That's crazy. It's gotten worse over time SMDH the food use to be so much better now it's just plain crap. Thank McDonald's and that's way countries overseas like Europe have they're own standards of food they serve at McDonald's. Alot fresher and in Europe they don't add in a lot of those fillers and chemicals that McDonald's does.

Went for the Big Arch, which is great in the UK, skip the US version. I totally get the cringe moment the CEO had as the mash was almost a flavorless greasefest of disappointment. We ordered ahead and showed up 20-25 minutes later and had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the food @ 1:30pm. The milkshake was given out ahead of time was the consistency of a soda by the time I left. The staff isn't abrest in English, so good chance to practice your Espanol; "decepcionado." The place is one of their eat in a hipster warehouse designs sans the beer or decent food vibes. Overall its probably best to go anywhere else.

I hadn’t been to this location in a long time, and after this visit I remembered why. I went through the drive-thru to order a large Shamrock Shake during a non-busy time — there was only one car ahead of me. When I pulled up to the speaker, the employee sounded completely out of it. There was no greeting, and he immediately yelled “use the app.” The communication was extremely poor and it was difficult to tell if my order was even taken correctly. At the window things didn’t improve. My total never appeared on the screen, I wasn’t given a receipt, and the employee even dropped my card when handing it back. The interaction felt rushed and unpleasant. When I got my Shamrock Shake, it clearly wasn’t made correctly. It had a flat lid, no whipped cream, no cherry, and it barely had any green color — it looked like a vanilla shake with a tiny bit of green at the top. A Shamrock Shake is supposed to be bright green, so this was very disappointing. I didn’t bother going back through the line, but the whole experience reminded me why I’ve avoided this location for years. I understand this is McDonald’s and expectations aren’t extremely high, but basic customer service and making the order somewhat correctly should be the bare minimum. I would not recommend this location and unfortunately won’t be returning.

It's McDonald's, what can I say?... with that being said. The service was fast, effective, and polite through the drive-thru. Much appreciated. The little ones loved the Happy Meals. First time dad brought them to Micky D's, so they loved that too.
