  Been a 20 plus year customer of a few of the Marlow’s restaurant around East Cobb. Have had very few food issues over all the years but yesterday had an odd one occur. I chose to pay my bill in cash. Bill was $33.38 and I gave the bartender $40.00 - two $20’s. Brings me the following change, $6.00, one five and a single dollar… No $00.62 in change! I ask where is the rest of my change? Bartender says, “sorry, we don’t have any change, just paper and walks away. When I ask, excuse me? Oh sorry, that’s all we have. Trust me it isn’t the money, it’s the inference that they round up not down. I guess if you short enough people you can make a few more bucks and the servers take the brunt of the issue. No sign on the door or on the receipt that we are unable to provide change. Just an FYI and a very uncomfortable situation for the customer and sever.

  Sat at the bar on 3/13 and had some of the worst service I've ever had in my life. There were only 5 interactions with the bartender and each one of those was initiated by me having to wave the bartender down. These were all for very basic things like placing order for drinks, food, asking for silverware after our food had already been brought out, etc. Bartender seemed to have some of his regulars in and couldnt be bothered to service us. For the first time in my life I left a tip below 20% & I am not quite sure he even deserved that. Go to another location if you want to sit at the bar.

  The food was outstanding, the server was excellent, but getting our meals was very slow, as was getting the check after we finished.

  First time there. 10 minutes table wait. First date with awesome Lady. Sat down at 6pm ,food served promptly, left just before 10pm. Lol No Hassel from waitress for overstaying. Tipped most graciously. We will return.
