- CRChris Ramsey3 days ago1.0At 5:00 pm 4/18/26 went through the drive thru window order $15.00 order and got to the window and was going to pay with a $100.00 bill and they said they could not take anything over a $20.00 bill I ask the manager why and she stated that it was policy that they could not do that and I asked was it posted anywhere and she said no. Then I asked then how would your customer would have know that and she said she would call corporate and request a sign. Yes she told me that if I would come in she would print it out for me. Yet was ok with not serving a customer and make it right for there lack of communication. I will be putting this on my social media. Not good Krispy Kreme!!!!
- SIShe Walks It, She Talks It!3 days ago1.0I love Krispy Kreme, and I hadn't had it in a while, so when I saw this location, I pulled in to order for my family and I. It was 8:39PM on April 15th, '26 and THIS is how dark the drive thru menu board was! I couldnt see a thing! I asked the employee who came to the speaker could she please turn the menu light on, and she said, "No, they're on a timer." Her tone was very rude. Since I couldn't see the menu, I just asked for what I remembered, some lemon filled donuts, (our fave!) but she said that Krispy Kreme doesnt make those anymore. 😕 I let her know that if I could SEE the menu board, maybe I could choose something else, but she just said rudely, "I cant turn the light on!" ...so I just drove off. Bad experience all around. She could really use some coaching as well. *See video.
