So rude. The staff there have no concept of service. We’ve come here several times and they were closed even though it was well within their hours of operations. We just tried to go. It was still 10 minutes before close. We intended on grabbing our sandwiches and going. We were rudely told that he was “closing in less than 10 minutes” and he refused to take our order.
WALKED IN THE RESUTURANT STOOD AT HE CASH REGISTER TO HAVE MY ORDER TAKEN, THAT TOOK ABOUT 6 MINS, TO ONLY BE GREETED WITH HEAD JUSTER, NO HELLO NO WELCOME , THE GUY THAT TOOK MY ORDER HAD A EAR PIECE IN ONE EAR HANGING FROM HIS EAR, SEEM TO BE ON THE PHONE , WAITED FOR MY SANDWICH, WHEN IT CAME OUT I ASKED WHERE ARE THE CUPS, I HAD A COMBO TO ONLY BE ARGUED DOWN THAT I DIDNT SAY COMBO AND I SAID NO TO A DRINK , ( HIS WORDS ) MY CO WORKER EVER TOLD THE GUY THAT HE SAID COMBO. I SAID THAT IF YOU DIDNT HAVE THAT EAR PIECE IN YOUR EAR THEN MAYBE YOU WOULD HAVE HEARD MY ORDER CORRECTLY , HE NEVER OFER ME A CUP AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, SEEM TO BE A PREJUDICE PERSON AS WELL, AS I WALKED OUT I ASKED THE GUY CAN I TALK TO A MGR AND WITH A SMART GRIN HE REPLIED IM THE MGR, HIS NAME WAS JOSHUA
I WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN TO A PLACE THAT ALLOW PEOPLE TO TREAT THERE VALUED CUSTOMERS THAT WAY

Monica took my order. The interaction started off fine until her mood quickly changed once we realized that I didn’t tip. She barely put any toppings on the sandwiches and then decided to highlight my $0 tip on my receipt. When I asked for a bag she responded “they’re right there” as she walked away. Why do you expect a tip for just doing your job??
Excellent sandwich and outstanding service! I was there on for a late lunch on 3/11/2026 and entire store was being run by 1 hard working young lady. I believe her name was "Monica" and she was handling everything and made it look easy with a smile. It was amazing to watch and I really hope the owner realizes and appreciates her work ethic! The world needs more Monicas... Thank you!

I just ordered a chicken bacon ranch!! The chicken is spoiled they didn't put no bacon on there I called up there and spoke with the manager named Josh and he assured me because he is the manager he know the sandwich was perfect and he told me there's nothing he's going to do about it because he doesn't make mistakes. I asked for the corporate number he didn't give it to me. I asked who was the general manager he told me Monica I asked can I have her number at corporate and he told me no because his word is good enough for Jimmy John's. I am most definitely calling the Health Department tomorrow
