- GBGuy ByarsMar 23, 20262.0Ordered a carry out order, email confirmation at 9:02 pm on a Monday night. Arrived at restaurant at 9:10 pm, did not get our food until 9:23. There were no other patrons in the restaurant, instead of preparing the burgers and shakes the staff was doing closing duties. Burgers were ready by 9:16, the shakes took a whole extra 7 minutes. Great food, clearly they don’t want us ordering a full hour before they close. Felt like an inconvenience. Paid nearly fifty bucks for two burgers and shakes, including a tip. Terrible experience.

Shame on me for giving this location a second chance as when I opened my bag to discover the large $9 fries about all 20 of them(I wonder what a small gets 6 fries)? In a bit of disbelief I asked the employee if this was the large fri to which they confirmed.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
