  Waited 20min in line when I was the only one in line for a while. Worker seemed high, and I was missing multiple items. First and last time going here

  Friendly associates, food was fresh and delicious (I eat gf so no bun), drive through wait times wasn’t too bad, about 10mins.

  I haven’t had whataburger since I was little. I always liked whataburger but never had access due to where I lived. I tried this location and have nothing bad to say at all. Food was great as always. Atmosphere was clean/safe. The best part of this experience was the young lady who took my order. Kayleigh was professional, was knowledgeable about the menu, and took our order with a smile. Sometimes bad fast food experiences has nothing to do with the food and everything to do with the employees. This was not the case. She was excellent. Will definitely come back.

  Been to many Whataburger stores mostly in Florida and Texas. This is by far the all around worst store I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s near my house and it’s convenient. Every time I go there mostly in the early hours something is broken or wrong and cause my food not to be served. The people they have working here don’t care and have terrible attitudes. The couple times they have gotten my food to me right, it was life cold. I tossed the fries and ate the burger, and it was decent. Who ever owns/managed this location already needs to clean house hire new people and keep an eye on how their employees work and treat people. And get a damn shake machine that works!!! I will be going to kennesaw or Roswell location from now on. Lost a customer.

  Ordered two meals with milkshakes. The food was placed into one overstuffed small bag, and I was told they were out of larger bags, which is fine, but everything was crammed together instead of being placed in two separate bags. When I calmly asked where the milkshakes were, just to make sure they weren’t forgotten since that has happened before, the employee immediately responded with a passive-aggressive comment along the lines of “I don’t have three hands,” despite only holding a single small bag. One would assume a drink carrier could have been used for the shakes, assuming those were still in stock. After that interaction, I realized one of the fries was still missing, likely because everything was forced into a single bag, and had to awkwardly ask again after already being spoken to rudely. Mistakes happen, but the attitude over a simple question made the experience uncomfortable and unnecessary.
