The guy behind the counter was so disrespectful and ignorant. When you mumble things walking away, people still hear you. The racist remarks he thought I didn’t hear is why I had to say something. I checked my bag realized it wasn’t there and asked for one. He obnoxiously told me I should’ve asked at the speaker (even though I 100% did) and used an air horn noise when I stated I did. I felt belittled for asking for a singular sauce that I DID ask for. I work food service and understand it may be frustrating when people ask for things at window but belittling a customer and catching an attitude is never the solution. I’m not sure if they’re management but they were beyond rude when I showed nothing but kindness.
