I just ordered a large chili with cheese onion and sour cream. The worst chili I’ve ever tasted from a Wendy’s and Wendy’s is supposed to have the best. Mostly all my beans were hard (not fully cooked) and a waste of money. I also order chopped onions and received rings of onions in my chili. I hope this is not the norm for this location. Hopefully the manager can make it right with a nice “Fresh and all the way cooked” bowl of chili.

Worst Wendy's ever. Waited for 15 minutes after placing and paying for my order to go inside and check. Employees were standing around fist bumping and high fiving ... not sure why. According to one employee, they had canceled the order. (Didn't refund the money.) According to another employee, they didn't cancel it, "It's right here." Where?, we all asked. She couldn't produce it. Screaming and yelling ensued. Finally got the food, and yes, I trashed it. Wouldn't trust that group with food handling. Wendy's: if you want to fail, this store is headed that way fast.

Just stopped at this Wendy's drive thru and my wife tells the person on the speaker to hold on. While we were still deciding the person comes back on the speaker with an attitude to go ahead with your order. To my knowledge the person taking your order always waits for you to say I'm ready after you tell them to hold on. Yet when they're the ones that tell you to hold on and take their time it's okay. SMH!! Corporate needs to train their employees for better customer service. When do you go to Chick-fil-A and have these kind of problems. This is not the first time I have a bad experience at this Wendy's, but it is the first time I do a review. Will never visit this Wendy's ever again!!! If I could give them a zero i would!!!
