It’s one thing when I go to a nice restaurant and ask for a burger to be rare but when I go to Wendy’s, I expect for my kids food and my food to be cooked, especially when I spend $30 Bucks for two burgers and two medium fries then I get at home and this is what I see when I bite into my burger, it’s ice cold so I cut in my burger!! I’m so disappointed and disgusted!!! The staff institute the store was hanging out with a bunch of friends And not worry about any of the customers whatsoever, which none of that would’ve ever bothered me whatsoever had I come home and I’ve been able to enjoy my dinner, but now I’m even more upset that they were more focused on joking around with their friends instead of cooking my food!!! I want a full refund and a word of advice cook people’s food so you don’t get them sick!!!
