Sadly it was overlooked, and I had to leave without my food after waiting twenty minutes due to needing to be at the church around the corner to make sure my company’s team was set up for the Christmas festival. I came back three hours later and the manager on duty already knew of my issue, then got his team working on it, and then I had my food in under five minutes and absolutely perfect. Corporate better read this or else because that’s called recovery. Merry Christmas!
