This is a positive review! I came here around 3:30 and placed a mobile order for pickup. Sadly it was overlooked, and I had to leave without my food after waiting twenty minutes due to needing to be at the church around the corner to make sure my company’s team was set up for the Christmas festival. I came back three hours later and the manager on duty already knew of my issue, then got his team working on it, and then I had my food in under five minutes and absolutely perfect. Corporate better read this or else because that’s called recovery. Merry Christmas!

Addison was the most pleasant attendant at the drive thru. The fries were hot and we didn't have to wait for food to be cooked or lost as the place across the street frequently does. Way to go Addison. See u soon.

Every time I call and ask for the head manager they always say she's not there and at this point why is she even the manager if she's never there ??? I see why she had all these bad reviews and she's just stealing company time basically

Spend $15 on food and to be told sauce is 53 cents and cant even have one for free is absurd. This will be my last meal eatin at Wendy's they wanna be stingy and petty they will no longer get my money. 53 cents for a sauce in 2025 is crazy disrespectful
