There was a decent drive thru line but no one inside, so I walked in. The burgers seemed like they’d been sitting for hours. And the soda machine sweetener was messed up (I tried 2 different types of soda) but when I told the manager she said “I don’t know what to tell you, they just changed our sweetener bags.” 😒 Some customer service. I asked one of the younger girls to fill it from the drive thru soda machine and it tasted normal. I also waited almost ten minutes for my food. I gave two stars bc the fries were freshly made and the frosty was good, but overall I’d avoid this Wendy’s if you can.
