I called the store to request a replacement wrap and smoothie, but nobody has answered. I want to be honored for the disrespect and for not receiving what I paid for! This is completely unacceptable — I expect someone to fix this immediately.

I’m a regular customer and always order the Blimey Limey with my usual modifications — it’s normally delicious and consistent. However, when a shorter lady made it during my last visit, the texture, color, and taste were noticeably different from what I always receive. I even showed a picture of my usual smoothie for comparison, but I was dismissed and told that’s “what I asked for.” It was clear something was off, and I left feeling frustrated and ignored. I really enjoy Tropical Smoothie and would appreciate a follow-up about this experience, as well as any opportunity to have the smoothie remade properly.
