Without a receipt I didn't know my order number and there were no monitors to show pending orders. There were bunch of school kids and a few elderly people who all were waiting for their orders from a long long time (more than 30 mins) Outside the drive through line almost touched the Shallowford Rd. so obviously that wasn't working either. I haven't given any stars for for because I am yet to get my food (not sure if I'll get it or not as there is no way to track) Hopefully I'll get my order before the store close.
