  The upper management here does not really value customers. I had trouble logging into my app at the drive-through and after one minute, the manager asked me to leave the premises. I was also shocked to witness a polite group of young people, In their late teens or early 20s Coming in and enjoying each other and the food. They were giggling, laughing talking. I’m pretty sure they had not been drinking. They were just having fun. They got a little bit loud, and I’m not even saying that it was very loud. They were just talking a little loud.Instead of the management coming in and saying something like, “ We appreciate you so much as customers, but can we keep the volume down a little bit?” The manager instead sent out a staff person to ask them to leave. I could see the hurt in shock on their faces as they packed up their meals that they hadn’t finished to leave.

  Just get a whole new staff this place has gone so downhill with inconsistent food quality but consistently rude employees that act irritated over having to do their jobs

  Slow and unprofessional all employees looked angry and I had veggie tacos set in line for 15 minutes and the still charged me for sauces (20 cents)
