- JBJalia BrownFeb 24, 20261.0I went in this location around 4p.m today. The young lady that was preparing orders had gloves on. She picked her phone up, and was looking through her phone. Put the phone down, and started back preparing orders, never switched out her gloves. With different virus going around, that was very nasty.

She got the entire order wrong, and there was only 1 car, mine, at the drive-thru. The monitor was showing the order correctly, but what we were given was completely different. We live too far from Maroetta to even ask for a refund, and this is the farthest I can go. Get accountability of your employees. I'm confident that whoever the girl that took the order was either high or drunk.
