  Food was fine, expensive for what you get. Felt nauseous after the first taco and continued to the second, that's my own mistake, but it's taco bell. Main complaint they have the bathrooms closed for no reason, which I believe isnt allowed as customers need a hand wash sink if nothing else. Infinitly better than the Taco Bell/KFC at Hwy92/BellsFerry, literally can't comprehend how that location is still open

  Our family ordered 23 food items for 9 of us due to having company over and somehow this location did not miss a single item! Praise God! Way to go to their team who paid attention to detail. Seems like every time weve gone out for fast food in the last couple of years, every other company gets something wrong, even when ordering for 5 of us. Keep up the awesome work night shift! Straight killing it! To top it off, it's my birthday. I could not make up my mind in time for a sit down restraunt and they actually delivered not having to make a call or go back to the store once we got home with the food. Thank you.

  I don’t normally eat at Taco Bell because it’s always hit or miss with the service, food, and wait time. It’s always a headache. Me and my wife decided we were craving it and went to the East Cobb location anyways. Upon arrival it looked old and beat down, no one in the parking lot. I told my wife as we were pulling in “oh lord, this looks risky” but we decided to try it anyways. As bizarre as it sounds, i just left this place in shock and about had an epiphany. I couldn’t believe it. So much so, I am actually writing this google review. Whoever the Caucasian gentleman was working at February 8, 2:30pm that took our order did an exceptional job. I’m guessing a manager. He was very knowledgeable, very clear and conversational, professional. Took my order right away and exactly correct. The next gentleman at the window greeted me immediately. Received my food immediately. And as we opened it everything was hot, fresh, and perfect order. I couldn’t believe it. As small as that was and as a business owner, I told my wife it’s either just me or that just shows one instance of great customer service can change your whole perspective. I now know there is a well-run Taco Bell near my home and will be back. Props to the gentlemen or management running this establishment. Raises to be needed. Big thumps up!

  A combo of 3 tacos with sour cream and one cheesy Gordita crunch is $17.26, and there’s probably less than a third of a pound of meat on all of them combined. This is atrocious garbage. I understand now why the store is always dead with no line inside or out. The reason zero stars should be an option.

  This is the closest taco bell to my house and it’s only on rara occasions that I actually go to this location. Each time, I’m reminded why….the customer service is horrible. The food is what it is…can’t expect much from Taco Bell- but my daughter loves it. This specific location seems to have the most unhappy employees. No greeting, no interaction outside of “pull around”. No acknowledgement at the window or anything. Not even a “here you go”. Since when do we just hand the food off and walk away? Literally, no words spoken.If you hate customer service, get a new job!
