  Okay….. I frequent this Taco Bell a lot because I live right next to it, I came at 12:04 on the dot, I work in food service I get it, but it’s an hour before close and I ordered two small items, I was so polite to the woman taking my order said thankyou, she literally was huffing under her breath saying anything else to my 2 items, I get to the window, I said hi, she ignored me, she gives me the food I said have a great night, she just slams the window , I say through the window she forgot my sauce my mild sauce that I asked for at the speaker, she asks the other worker in front of me if he put my sauce in…. And hesitates to open the window, when she opened the window she said he put it in there, I showed my whole bag. And no I was not talking about the bell sauce I said I need mild. Mind you so nice. She rudely puts mile packets in my hand then closes the window before I could tell her to have a good night. She then begins talking about me to her coworkers right in my face? What did I do to you? Lightskin tall lady w the short loose curl hair. You need to get a grip. Thanks

  this is the best location i’ve been to. staff is always nice, especially late night which is rare in fast food. portions are consistent. it’s quick. always hot. i’d hire the entire staff at my restaurant.

  Just left the window, the person handing us our food kept side eyeing us, no greetings, she just had a very cold attitude. Because there was no one behind us we were looking at the menu so we could know what we wanted to not waste the employee's time, but one of them started talking through the speaker telling us we couldn't do that which felt unnecessary, but if that is an actual rule then I understand. She forgot my drink, and the vibe was so bad that we didn't even want to go back to get it. I don't know what warranted the attitude, there was no quarrel, no miscommunication, no misunderstandings, nothing that made anyone upset except just being annoyed that people are ordering food at 10:30 pm. Anyway, we won't be going back to that location again, we're all tired and burnt out from working and it's a shame that I'm having to say that about someone who's old enough to be my mom.

  I come to this location quite often and it's my favorite! The staff are extra kind and friendly! My order is always correct and accurate!

  I have gotten food from here countless times due to living close, and it is a coin flip of an experience. You could get great food, fast service, and leave feeling fantastic. More often though you get slow service, half of your order wrong, a gutted menu compared to other Taco Bells in the area, and staff yelling at each other. Food, even when wrong, tends to be pretty good though!
