I get there and there is 1 car infront of us. They proceeded to wait 10 mins for their order and then when I finally got to order, we waited another 15 minutes. When we finally got to the window, we waited 10 minutes again, just for our food. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, but this has happened on multiple occasions.

The other day I’d ordered three chalupas online, got to the restaurant 20 minutes after, only to be waiting in line behind one car that’d been sitting there waiting for an answer. By the time I got to the window they gave me the wrong order, it took them an extra 10 minutes to make my three chalupas. When I got home all was fine until I ate the last bite of my second chalupa only for me to bite down on a wood spike that was conveniently stuck into one side of my chalupa. I’m not saying it was deliberate, but things are either intentional or due to negligence. Either way the staff and service at this Taco Bell is atrocious, even aside from the attempted murder.
