  Subway calls the workers who make their sandwiches Sandwich Artists®. That term is one of their registered trademarks. Before becoming a Sandwich Artist®, a worker attends an online school called the University of Subway®. Then, they undergo in-person training led by the store manager and senior co-workers. Apparently, this entire process takes several days before a simple guy or gal from the street is transformed into a certified Sandwich Artist®. Yet, despite this rigorous training, the Sandwich Artist® at this store did a disastrous job wrapping my sandwich. And no, I did not overload my sub with two pounds of veggies and half a gallon of mayonnaise like some sandwich maniac. It was a simple veggie patty sub with onions, lettuce, cucumbers, jalapeños, and olives, finished with just a smidge of Chipotle Southwest sauce. My Sandwich Artist® wrapped it with such "delicate care" that it started falling apart even as she was packing it. While she was struggling, I politely alerted her that one of the veggie patties was overhanging the bread by half its length. She told me that the patties are simply too long for the bread and the overhang cannot be corrected! I am not sure why Subway corporate decided to supply just this particular franchisee with exclusively extra-long veggie patties, because I have never encountered this problem at any of the five dozen Subways I have visited across the United States and India in the last decade. In spite of this Sandwich Artist®'s inspirational performance, I tipped her $2. I have wasted a lot of money throughout my life, but I do not regret any single wasted dollar more than those two. So, dear management of Subway located at 2200 Roswell Rd Suite 110 in Marietta, GA, please, get your sandwich act together and train your workers properly.

  The place is completely dirty and filthy, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Don't come here.

  i absolutely hate leaving reviews but i had to with this establishment. i ordered a sandwich from here through the app so it would be ready when i got there. when i got there my sandwich wasn’t on the rack so i sat down, the worker processed to just watch tiktoks on his phone and low and behold my order was on the counter just sitting. i got the order and drove home sadly without checking it. the sandwich was essentially half of what i ordered with all of the ingredients being halved. when i went back the next day to ask for a remake or refund i was met with screaming and claims that he made it right and that he remembered me which i thought was weird. i didn’t yell but i was stern in saying i just wanted a refund. they did not give me one saying that they emailed me that i needed to bring back the sandwich. i will NEVER eat at subway ever again thanks to this. i really hope people see this review as a warning to stay away from this specific location. i have also reported them to the better business bureau.
