  When I went to pick up my food. The employee dropped the cup on the floor. Then proceeded to put it in the to go bag. To preface he didn’t know that I was the one the order was for. He tried to give me the food and cups that I had just watched been on the floor of the restaurant. This was infuriating and disgusting. If this is what happened to cups I can’t even imagine the cleanliness of the food. There was zero customer service or an attempt to mediate the situation. Because the employees didn’t even speak English. Absolutely disgusting

  Been coming here for over 23 years. New management is running this place out of business. Not clean and will not honor coupons. the staff was making 2 sandwiches for me. In the middle, they decided to take payment before adding condiments. They failed to replace gloves after handling money. Gross, i had to call them out because one of the sandwiches was for my toddler. They laughed in their language and finally changed gloves.

  If you want your sandwich order correct, don’t use the app! Just ordered two sandwiches and they were both made incorrectly. Mine was missing 3 ingredients, husband’s had 2 things added he wanted left off. Very frustrating! Especially since I ordered avocado which is an upcharge, but did not receive it. Second time this has happened. They now owe me twice the price of avocado!
