- GGgwolf643 days ago2.0I understand a busy Friday night. But, it is always rude to turn your back to a customer when they ask if their pizza is ready and not answer. Had to ask three people if my pizza was ready due to them turning their back to me. Respect gets respect. If you look to the right of the register step 1 says. “Greet customer with smile”. Starting there would be nice.

I’m not sure if they aren’t looking close enough at the orders as they come in or if they just don’t care.
