  Half sandwiches are now 1/3 size. Service was terrible and ambiance is poor. I use to like this place but clearly they don't care.

  My husband went into this restaurant and saw a lady who turned out to be the manager come in from outside through the front door and go straight to the oven to grab cookies. He asked her, ‘How come you didn’t wash your hands after coming in from outside?’ She replied, ‘I had to get the cookies out.’ He told her, ‘I understand that, but you just came from outside and that’s unsanitary.’ Her response? ‘I know what I need to be doing. If you don’t feel comfortable eating here, then don’t.’ This is extremely unprofessional. If a customer sees you make a mistake, the bare minimum is to apologize and correct it. We’re all human errors happen but arguing with a customer after doing something unsanitary is ridiculous. It’s like she doesn’t understand how germs spread. WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE.

  The food is usually good. The staff used to be friendly. Our last couple of visits have been pretty bad. The chairs are falling apart, the tables are sticky and being held up by napkins, rolls of stickers, and cardboard cup cozy’s, the booths have crust on them…the floors were littered with food and junk. The soda machine are dripping with over flowing ice and soda, the coffee and tea bar is always sparse if it is even available. The tea/lemonade area has been consistently sparse if set up at all. When walking in we aren’t greeted. The employees seem miserable. I really wish I could write a better review because I used to love this place. I shut down my Sip Club membership because I loathe going to this store (it’s closest). Please clean it up. Please care. I’d hate to see it gone but I have been going to other locations because this one is so bad.

  I just went in and I wasn't even acknowledged when I had been standing there. The lady behind the counter didn't greet me, it was like I was invisible. I didn't get food obviously. I guess they don't want customers to come back. Maybe it was because I'm a different race. But that was flat out rude. I won't be back.
